Ensure OEM filter comes out with rubber seals on each end.  Our filter uses rubber seal on outward end only.

Ensure OEM washer and o ring remain in cases.  Install with open hole inward.

Ensure grommet is seated in filter and lubed before
installation.

OEM grommet can
be used if needed.  Groove is machined in end cap recess to aid in removal from engine.

Installs with grommet inward.

Ensure no OEM o rings remain in case or cover when removing existing filter.

Install supplied quad rings into engine case and filter cover prior to installation.

Filter can be installed in either direction.
